Hello Residents,
Please be mindful that once the temperatures hit the freezing mark, pipes have the potential to freeze. Therefore, you should never turn your heat completely off in the winter, even when you're away and leave the faucets slightly dripping. Setting your home at a comfortable temperature or slightly higher than normal should be enough to keep the pipes warm, which will most likely keep them from freezing.

Rent payments are due on the 1st of each month and must be postmarked by the 5th, all rents received after the 5th day of the month are considered Late and Late Fees must be included with Rent payment when rent is paid late.

Dear Residents,
Taking pride and cleanliness of the community has been one of the pillars of M & KR Properties as an operation and company. We would like to remind everyone to also take pride in where you live and please do not litter around the property or in the common area in front of, behind and on the side of the property. Management has personally had to pickup empty alcohol cans/bottles, cigarettes buds, and other trash items on several occasions and that shouldn’t be the case. Please use the trash bin/dumpster provided on the property to dispose of all trash.
